Prescription refills are only booked with your Primary Practitioner (in the event they are away, the covering Physician is able to do the refill) . Please take responsibility for your health by booking 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure you maintain your supply, as these appointments will not be booked with duty doctors.

We do not keep a waitlist and will only be attaching patients through the Health Care Registry should space in a Practitioner's practice become available.

The form should be filled out as completely as possible and authorizations signed before being dropped off as this will save time in the appointment and help to a

This year's no show fees will be donated to Sole Relief Advanced Foot Care Nursing Services Free Foot Care Clinic. Sole Relief works in partnershi

This year's no show fees will be donated to Sole Relief Advanced Foot Care Nursing Services Free Foot Care Clinic. Sole Relief works in partnership with multiple Foot Care contractors and volunteers in the Cranbrook Area to provide a non-profit outreach program for those who would otherwise be unable to afford Medical Nursing Foot Care.
