Prescription refills are only booked with your Primary Practitioner (in the event they are away, the covering Physician is able to do the refill) . Please take responsibility for your health by booking 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure you maintain your supply, as these appointments will not be booked with duty doctors.

As of Oct 2023, Face masks continue to remain optional in the clinic, however, if you have symptoms of respiratory infection (fever, cough, sore throat) you may be asked to put on a mask to limit transmission while in the clinic. A negative covid test result is required for respiratory illness to be seen in clinic.

Last minute cancellation / no show fees are charged starting at $30 at the discretion of the practitioner. The FW Green Clinic donates one third of the fee to a deserving organization or cause. This year's no show fees will be donated to Sole Relief Advanced Foot Care Nursing Services Free Foot Care Clinic. Sole Relief works in partnership with multiple Foot Care contractors and volunteers in the Cranbrook Area to provide a non-profit outreach program for those who would otherwise be unable to afford Medical Nursing Foot Care. They currently run these clinics on a quarterly basis at the Salvation Army.
What is Nursing Foot Care? Our services include full lower limb assessments and education in monitoring and trouble shooting concerns like edema, circulation and lower limb function. We provide wound care assessment and treatment, referrals for complex concerns and transportation to higher levels of care. We also treat common nail and callus concerns such as nail length and thickness, in-growns, callus reductions and corn removal.
